How to change up your workout to increase muscle gain?

I'm noticing a downward curve in muscle gain from my standard workout. How can I change my exercises up so I can trick my muscles into resuming growth? My standard exercises are: Bicep curls, French curls, shoulder press, shoulder shrug, bent over rows, that forearm lift where you roll a pvc pipe with a weight attached, bench press and leg press.
