Physical pain on my right side, next to my bladder?

The background story, me and my girlfriend were having sex last night and she sort of leaned backwards which bent my penis downwards and i felt a tearing sensation at what felt like next to my bladder. I'm now in a bit of discomfort and pain. Anyone know what might have happened?
