Best place roller coaster for me?

im the guy that hasn't been on a lot of roller coasters. Everything on the coaster is good except for that first BIG downward hill. im going to kings island soon, and dont want to feel like a little kid. can anybody tell any good rides for and the best place to sit on the rides?
